Please Read: I further give and grant unto Driving101, its duly authorized agents and assignee, the rights to use my NAME, likeness and photograph taken during my participation. Changes to reservation must be made more than 30 days prior to the reservation date and there will be a $50 administration fee. No changes can be made to reservations less than 30 days from the reservation date. "No Shows" forfeit entire enrollment fee. There are no refunds for any reason. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are not replaced if lost or stolen. All dates are subject to change. In the event of inclement weather, a gift card will be issued. |
