		Can I buy a gift card for NASCAR Racing Experience? Yes, NASCAR Racing Experience gift cards are available for all of the NASCAR driving experience programs or ride alongs. 		Is passing allowed? Yes. While you are participating in NASCAR Racing Experience and come up on a slower race car, your Personal Racing Instructor will lead you around the slower race car and you may pass. Passing makes the driving experience more of an authentic NASCAR driving experience.
		Can I choose the race car I want to drive or ride in at NASCAR Racing Experience? No, not on a normal track day. But YES, if you make a reservation to ride in a race car or drive a race car on a "Driver Fan Day". Coming soon are Driver Fan Days including Dale Jr and Jimmie Johnson.
		What racecars do you have in the NASCAR Racing Experience fleet? NASCAR Racing Experience offers a number of makes and NASCAR drivers, which include Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Carl Edwards, Clint Bowyer, Ryan Newman, Jamie McMurray, Kevin Harvick, Kasey Kahne and many more of your NASCAR favorites.
		How long does it take to do the NASCAR Racing Experience program? All driving experience programs are completed in 3 hours with the exception of the World Champion package which is a day and a half racing experience.
		What's the difference between a Racing School and Racing Experience? Racing Schools have more class room time. NASCAR Racing Experience offers more of a driving experience with less racing school class room time. NASCAR Racing Experience wants you to drive a race car or go for a ride along with out a lot of class room time.
		Do I have to know how to drive a stick shift? For the NASCAR driving experience, Yes. These NASCAR race cars have a 4-speed racing transmission. If you need a little help, be sure to let NASCAR Racing Experience know. We will be glad to assist you with your driving experience; it's very easy for everyone to drive a race car. For a ride in a NASCAR race car, No.
		How will NASCAR Racing Experience on track program be structured? Following drivers meeting, racing school training and instruction with a Crew Chief, you'll drive a real NASCAR race car on a Super speedway for a timed session, depending on the program purchased. There's NO lead car to hold you back and no instructor in the car with you!! You will have constant 2-way communication with your Personal Racing Instructor through our state-of-the-art Racing Electronics in-car radio system. 		NASCAR Racing Experience offers many different driving experience programs. Must I take them in any order? No, you may choose to do any NASCAR Racing Experience programs, whether they are ride longs or driving experiences. No racing school experience is required.
		Are there any restrictions regarding people that can or cannot ride/drive these cars? The rules are very simple to participate, and no prior racing experience is required. To Drive: Guests must be in good Physical Condition. Because of safety reasons, cars are restricted to those 6'7" tall & under and weight less than 270 lbs. Participants must have a valid drivers license. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who must give written consent. To Ride: Guests must be in good physical condition There is no age limit to ride, however for safety reasons we do require a minimum height of 5'0" and a weight of 100 lbs. Because of safety reasons, cars are restricted to those 6'7" tall & under and weight less than 270 lbs. If under 18 years old, a parental consent form must be signed.
		What types of payment does NASCAR Racing Experience accept? All major credit cards, Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. Checks, cash and money orders are accepted as well.
		How do I redeem my gift card for a driving experience or ride along? You will need to go online to www.NASCARRacingExperience.com and go to the schedule tab at the top of the page. Choose a location, date and time for your experience. Have your gift card number ready (this number is found on the back of the gift card and must be given in order to redeem a gift card for a reservation), and call customer service at 1-877-RACELAP. Your reservation will be made right over the phone.
		Can I upgrade my NASCAR Racing Experience gift card to another experience? Yes. Call customer service at 1-877-RACELAP, with your gift card number. Customer service will charge you for the difference in price, and upgrade your experience to another driving experience or ride along.
		Can I get a refund for my gift card or reservation? No. Gift cards and reservations have a no cancellation/no refundable policy. However, if you do need to reschedule, you have up until 30 days prior to your reservation to make changes for a $50 administrative fee. Once you are within 30 days of the event, you are then locked in to that date and time and no changes can be made.
		What is your policy on rain-outs? If we have inclement weather and have to cancel, the NASCAR Racing Experience will contact you and either reschedule you for another available date or issue you a gift card that you can use to reschedule at your convenience. A refund will not be issued due to rainouts.
		What do I wear? Comfortable, casual clothes depending on the time of year as your clothing will be worn under a driving suit. Wear closed toe shoes, tennis shoes are recommended.
		Do I need to bring racing gear? No. NASCAR Racing Experience and Mario Andretti Racing Experience provide you with everything you need except shoes and gloves. *Race shoes and Gloves are NOT required.

		Can I take pictures and or use video equipment. Yes, you are welcome and encouraged to take pictures of your event. Photos/videos my not be taken while in the cars.
		Can I bring a friend to watch? Absolutely! We encourage you to bring friends and family. A track-side viewing area is available at all tracks.
		What happens if I wreck a car? You pay a $35 fee for racing license and liability insurance. This releases you from all vehicle damage.
		How long will shipping take? Shipping time depends upon the option chosen when you order. Shipments sent through the United States Postal Service free shipping will take 7-10 business days (depending upon the location it is being sent to). FedEx shipping is available for $15 and will be sent by 2-day shipping.
		Do you offer any hotel/transportation packages with your driving experience? We do not currently offer these services. You are responsible for your own lodging and transportation to and from the track for your event. A list of hotels recommended by each track can be found at the individual track's websites.
		What's the difference between the Qualifier and the ultimate Qualifier package? The ultimate package is a discounted upgrade package that can be added to any driving/riding package that is offered. It includes a photo package, logo hat and t-shirt.
